A seasoned title professional with more than 25 years of title industry and real estate expertise, Title Security Group founder José Chipi has always had a clear vision of becoming the premier title insurance provider in Puerto Rico. 

José began his title career in 1998 as a sales director for a title company in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He worked his way through every aspect of the industry, from sales and business development to operations and underwriting. In 2001, he acquired the company and established the headquarters location of Title Security Group. Then, after merging with a national underwriter in 2003, José Chipi, along with partners Carolina Garriga, Esq., and Ramón Gómez reacquired Title Security Group (TSG) in 2015. 

José Chipi is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® and the Mortgage Loan Officers Association, Inc., in addition to serving on the Mortgage Bankers Association of Puerto Rico Board of Governors.
