Founding Owner Partner and Chief Underwriting Counsel Carolina Garriga, Esq., is a licensed attorney and notary under the laws of Puerto Rico, as well as a licensed insurance agent with extensive experience underwriting complex commercial real estate transactions. 

Carolina began her career as underwriting counsel for one of the major national underwriters and a member of their Puerto Rico operations leadership team. She is a highly experienced title professional with more than two decades of experience in real estate and titleing of real property, leading a team of over a dozen legal professionals. 

Carolina Garriga is a member of the Mortgage Loan Officers Association, Inc., and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Puerto Rico, Inc. A graduate of Villanova University, Carolina with a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science.  She also received her Juris Doctor from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
